Paper and Wax Mushrooms
 

We're excited to offer this fascinating new class with 

Bethany Carlson Mann of Myth & Scissors.

In this class, we will make 3 types of fanciful mushrooms from crepe paper, wire, and wax.
 

Learn to construct the relatively simple paper and wire model, then carefully dip in melted wax to transform the structure and texture of the paper in magical ways.We will use powdered pigments and alcohol inks to make all the fungi come to life, and arrange in found containers, with moss and paper ferns for a charming and whimsical faux woodland tableaux...

Suitable for cottage core or cabinet of curiosity display.
